Il singolo dei Black Eyed Peas, “Rock That Body”, è il nuovo tormentone di questa estate 2010. Infatti, il brano dopo mesi di programmazione radio, continua a riscuotere grande successo in tutto il mondo. Il brano è il quarto singolo estratto dall’album The E.N.D. per il mercato internazionale, e il quinto estratto per gli Stati Uniti. Per questo brano i B.E.P, si sono serviti della collaborazione del grande David Guetta che oltre ad aver scritto Rock That Body insieme a will.i.am ne è stato anche il produttore. Il brano è stato inserito in rotazione radio prima in Canada, a partire dallo scorso Gennaio. Mentre in Europa è arrivato solo 15 Marzo. Molti critici hanno definito questo brano come un mix di suoni robotici che regalano alla canzone atmosfere da party e molte discoteche ancora oggi inseriscono nella scaletta Rock That Body. Insomma, un vero e proprio tormentone.

I Black Eyed Peas saranno in concerto questa sera al Forum di Assago per la data milanese del loro Tour. Biglietti esauriti e grande attesa per le loro performance live. Shakira, Alicia Keys e i Black Eyed Peas, si esibiranno dal vivo durante la cerimonia di apertura dei mondiali di calcio in Sudafrica 2010. L’atteso evento, si svolgerà il prossimo 8 giugno all’Orlando Stadium di Johannesburg. Lo spettacolo sarà organizzato da Kevin Wall, produttore già vincitore di un premio Emmy e titolare dell’agenzia Control Room. Oltre a Shakira, Alicia Keys e i Black Eyed Peas, parteciperanno anche: John Legend, Juanes, Amadou & Mariam, BLK JKS e altri.

Sembra proprio che a Fergie non basta più il successo dei Black Eyed Peas. Infatti, la cantante, sta prendendo in considerazione l’ipotesi di pubblicare un disco all’insegna del Rock. Stacy, si rivolgerà al chitarrista Slash, per assemblare il successore di  ”The dutchess”. A rivelare la notizia, è stato l’ex Guns N’Roses, che ha dichiarato:

Potrei fare un disco rock con Fergie. Mi ha detto che vuole fare un album rock, quindi potrei darle una mano. Ha una voce veramente rock’n'roll.

Gem Archer e Andy Bell, due autori di Chicago, hanno accusato i Black Eyed Peas di plagio. L’accusa è stata mossa, a causa del singolo “Boom Boom Pow” di Fergie & Company, che assomiglierebbe al brano delle Phoenix Phenom, dal titolo ”Boom dynamite”.Bisogna però ammettere che la somiglianza è davvero impressionante.  I due Autori, per il danno subito, hanno richiesto un risarcimento in denaro, anche se non si conosce la somma richiesta. A parte questa notizia, vogliamo ricordare che la band sarà in Italia per una data del loro tour, il prossimo 12 Maggio a Milano.

Colpo di scena dell’edizione 2010 dei NRJ Music Awards. La serata di Gala, indetta dalla popolare radio francese, è stata una cerimonia piena di colpi di scena. Infatti, per il premio “Miglior Gruppo Internazionali” sono stati premiati i Black Eyed Peas al posto dei veri vincitori, cioè i Tokio Hotel. L’errore è avvenuto a causa di una svista dovuta alla poca luminosità e ad una confusione dei due presentatori, Ke$ha e il coreografo Kamel Ouali. Ovviamente, il pubblico si è accorto dell’errore e ha iniziato a fischiare e a urlare il nome dei veri vincitori. Subito dopo, Kamel, si è scusato pubblicamente per l’errore, annunciando come vincitori i Tokio Hotel. Ma ripensando al passato, anche l’anno scorso è stato consegnato per errore un premio a Katy Perry. In quell’occasione la vera vincitrice era Rihanna e l’errore era apparso il giorno dopo su tutti i quotidiani del Paese.

Ottime notizie per i fan dei Black Eyed Peas, infatti, il gruppo sarà in Italia per una delle date del loro Tour. Dopo aver scalato le classifiche nel 2009 con i loro singoli frizzanti, Fergie e Company, sono pronti per godersi un meritato Tour mondiale. Il 12 Maggio 2010, al Mediolanum Forum di Milano, la band visiterà il nostro paese e ci regalerà un concerto da mille e una notte. I Black Eyed Peas hanno raggiunto un nuovo traguardo. Infatti si sono aggiudicati il primo posto nella classifica dei più scaricati su iTunes.

Il negozio online di Apple,  ha diffuso ieri  Rewind 2009, la classifica dei prodotti audio e video più venduti negli Usa. Tra i primi classificati ci sono proprio i Black Eyed Peas con il singolo “Boom Boom Pow”.

Il brano, infatti è stato il più scaricato dal portale nel 2009.
Solo al secondo posto la provocatrice Lady Gaga con il suo singolo “Pocker Face”, mentre come Artista dell’anno è risultato il Re del Pop, Michael Jackson.

Tutt’altro discorso per gli album più venduti. Il vincitore in assoluto  è  Kings Of Leon con l’album “Only By The Night” seguito da Lily Allen ed il suo Lp “It’s Not Me, It’s You”. Mentre Lady Gaga è solo al terzo posto con il suo album pluripremiato “Fame”, ma Miss Gaga si consola già con numerosi premi prestigiosi che le sono stati attribuiti negli ultimi mesi.

Nelle vendite di film, “Twilight” guida la classifica, mentre la terza stagione di “Mad Men” è stata best seller fra i programmi televisivi.

Periodo di nuovi singoli per i Black Eyed Peas e la bella Leona Lewis.

I Black Eyed Peas sono in fase di selezione del prossimo singolo che dovrebbe uscire a metà Dicembre e si fanno insistenti le voci sull’ uscita del singolo “Imma be”. Bisogna ricordare che il loro ultimo album “The end” ha raggiunto già un grandissimo successo. E non è finita! Fergie & Company, di recente hanno annunciato un Tour mondiale di 100 date, ma di questo ne parleremo in futuro.

Per quanto riguarda Leona Lewis, molto meno fortunata dei Black Eyed Peas in fatto di vendite, anche per lei ci sono nuovi singoli in uscita. La scommessa più riuscita dei Talent Show, ha comunicato di recente che saranno ben due i singoli in uscita prossimamente. Gli estratti dell’album “Echo” saranno quindi: “Outta my head” per il mercato europeo e “I got you” per quello americano. Il primo in stile Elettro/Dance ed è  il singolo più ballabile, mentre il singolo “I Got You” è una canzone molto orecchiabile sempre nello stile Leona Lewis.

“I Gotta Feeling” è il secondo singolo estratto dall’album “The E.N.D.”, ultimo album dei Black Eyed Peas.  La canzone ha sonorità molto dance e anche il video segue lo stesso stile; gli orecchi più attenti potranno sentire che il pezzo contiene un campionamento di “Love is gone” di David Guetta.
